I was the fat kid growing up. I had no idea WHY I had no control over food, no idea HOW to deal with my emotions and I just wanted to be ‘normal’! I tried all the diets, obsessed over the scale and eventually developed a severe eating disorder. I was miserable and unhappy.
After 20 years of struggling, I got sick of my own excuses. I was tired of constantly dieting, blaming my health on the lack of time, motivation or even money. That’s when I realised I needed to make a change. I dedicated myself to getting my physical, emotional and mental HEALTH sorted.
I studied Nutrition and Food Science at University to understand the science of what I should be eating but this wasn't enough. I paired this along with a deep understanding of human behaviour by studying from the leaders in industries such as CBT, NLP, RTT taking the best of the best and applying it to getting control over food.
I got to the ROOT CAUSE of my eating, I prioritised my health, I took ACTION and worked on the emotional drivers behind my eating. With 100% CONTROL over my eating I am finally free from the Binge / Restrict / Shame & Regret cycle that was my story for so long and I am now happier, healthier, more successful and more fulfilled! 🥳
Now I get to coach SO many clients around the world (15 countries and counting!!) who are also wanting to make a change!🌎
